Men’s greatest ambitions and innovations to reach Godlike locations, failed back then (Gen. 11:1-9), and will keep failing today (1 Thess. 5:2). How so? Our set boundaries (Acts 17:26). Where are the Egyptians? And what of the Romans? Brethren, do not be found dismayed over the “Schwab’s,” “Gates,” and the “Musk’s.” Though they are currently authorized to wield nefarious tyranny and make our lives most miserable, they will never achieve Divine Power. They can brand it “the new world order,” or “the great reset,” “build back better,” or even “the fourth industrial revolution.” None of these feeble attempts facilitating their godless pride, will be achieved. And so, what remains? The Christ, forevermore our Lord and Master. His coming Day will deliver us from the bondage of a fallen world. His eternal peace, and forgiveness, commands our ability to discern and persevere in His grace (Titus 2:11-12). Is this now an excuse to hide behind ignorant and cowardly eyes? May it never be! For how can we ever expose corruption void of identifying its unrighteous contaminants? Be informed, yet balanced. Be aware, yet seasoned. But don’t “sweat it” (i.e. “be alarmed”), God is in control (Dan. 2:21). Do we not have free-will? Absolutely! If we do His will, our part is simply an extension of His work (Phil. 2:13). Practical? The more souls we convert to Christ, the less chaos will govern our earthly citizenry.
Common sense? In which sense do we have all things in common? Hopefully Jude 3.
“Seek ye first,” and God will take care of us (Mt. 6:33).
